JUST SAY NO
Today, your task is to say, "No" to as many people, requests, offers, cravings or things as possible. This may be hard for some of you, but give it your best shot. If someone asks you to do something, politely tell them, "Not right now, I'll follow-up later, I'll get back to you on that, I'm in the middle of something" or whatever nicely gets you out of doing whatever they're requesting. Say, "No" to any food cravings you have, helping a friend, listening to someone else's problems, going to lunch, loaning money, having sex, buying a new outfit, or to as many things presented to you today. This challenge is going to require more thought because you're involving other people, and it may be outside of your character, but you can do it.Good luck and remember, "Just say NO!"
