If You Were Being Honest - WEEK 2: Task 10

Do you know where you are?"  Watch video
IF YOU WERE BEING HONEST

For today's task, take a sheet of paper, write out and finish the following statements. Don't rush and don't filter anything. Write a total of 5 rationalizations of how you truly feel for each statement. If one of the statements doesn't apply to you, skip it and focus on the ones that do.

1. I feel guilty because __________.
2. I feel sad because ____________.
3. I am angry because ___________.
4. I am sorry because ___________.
5. I am scared because __________.
6. I want to _____________.

Now take the total list of all the statements you've written and highlight the ones that stir up the most emotional memory(s) for you. Keep this list somewhere close because we're going to reference what you've highlighted as your starting point. This is "Where You Are." Now it's time to begin working on getting you to where you want to be.

Great job this week and keep up the good work!

Task 10 = +2 points for completing

1. What emotion had the strongest presence and why?
2. How did you feel before and after you did this exercise?
